1. About this workspace
This finance workspace at gd.usesuited.com supports bookkeeping, reporting, reconciliation, and related business workflows for G and D East Bay Holdings, Inc. (the “Business”). Suited provides technical support for the workspace. These terms govern your use of the workspace; any separate signed agreement with the Business or Suited continues to apply and controls if it conflicts with these terms.
By using the workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Authorized use and license
The workspace is for the Business’s authorized personnel, bookkeepers, accountants, and service providers. Subject to these terms and the Business’s permission, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use it for the Business’s internal operations. No ownership of the software is transferred to you.
You must have authority to access the Business’s records and connect any third-party account. Follow the Business’s access rules, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to ben@usesuited.com.
3. Your responsibilities
Use the workspace lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not bypass access controls, access another organization’s data without permission, interfere with the service, introduce malicious software, or copy, resell, or distribute the workspace except as permitted by a separate agreement or applicable law.
You are responsible for reviewing imported records, suggested classifications, reports, reconciliations, and any transaction before approving or submitting it. The Business remains responsible for its books, required records, taxes, payroll, payments, and financial decisions. The workspace does not provide legal, tax, investment, or professional accounting advice.
4. QuickBooks and other connected services
Connections to QuickBooks Online and other providers require the account holder’s authorization and remain subject to the provider’s own terms and availability. The workspace may read authorized records and, where a supported workflow is enabled, submit transactions that an authorized user approves.
Disconnect QuickBooks through the QuickBooks connection page or your QuickBooks connected-app settings. Reconnection requires fresh authorization. Disconnection does not cancel a QuickBooks subscription, delete records in QuickBooks, or erase records already imported into this workspace. Other connections must be managed separately.
5. Business data and privacy
The Business and its applicable rights holders retain their rights in submitted records. You authorize processing of those records to operate, maintain, secure, and support the workspace and carry out authorized workflows. Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed, service providers, retention, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.
6. Availability and limitations
The workspace may change or be interrupted by maintenance, errors, provider outages, or expired authorizations. Reports can be incomplete or delayed. Verify material information against source records and maintain any records the Business must keep independently.
Except for commitments in a separate signed agreement and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the workspace is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular financial result. To the extent permitted by law, the Business and Suited are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the workspace. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
7. Ending access and changes to these terms
Your permission to use the workspace ends when the Business withdraws it. Access may also be suspended to address security concerns, unlawful use, or violations of these terms. Ending access does not automatically delete business records that must be retained.
Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated to the Business’s workspace administrator. Continued use after changes take effect is subject to the updated terms.
